The Entegris/Fluoroware E124-60-101-0603 is a blue polypropylene wafer storage box designed for 150mm wafer handling and protection in semiconductor cleanroom environments. Its drop front design enables easy access by robotic end effectors and supports automation-compatible handling systems.

The box features a slide latch closure, stackable construction, and a five-degree wafer tilt that allows wafers to rest securely on their backsides, reducing movement and particle generation. Smooth internal and external surfaces support easy cleaning and low particle contamination. Pin and socket hinges with retainers improve durability and long-term use.

This carrier is compatible with all 25-capacity wafer carriers without handles and is commonly used for wafer storage and transport applications.
