What is the SlickDevice SRD Controller?
The SlickDevice SRD Controller is the first retrofitable controller designed for the Semitool & SITEK SRDs. It is a direct plug and play replacement for the PSC 101 & PSC 102 controllers and takes on average 5 minutes to install.

Data Log
Every run, alarm, recipe change, and more is stored within the SlickDevice memory bank which can be seen locally or downloaded to a PC.
SECS/GEM
Communicate with your central fab network via the traditional SECS/GEM communication protocol.
DI Water Fail-Safe
When the recipe has rinse programmed on, the SlickDevice will alarm if DI water is not flowing.
Maintenance Mode
Expedite troubleshooting by actuating any component from our easy-to-use maintenance screens.
Sensor Monitoring
All sensors are monitored for functionality ensuring the system will alarm when any sensor doesn't detect a normal
