What is a Custom Cassette?
SITEK Custom Wafer Cassettes, Carriers, and Boats are designed to fit your proprietary Semiconductor Substrates, keeping them safe during the rinse and drying processes within the SRD.
These cassettes are tailored to meet specific requirements based on the size, shape, and material of the substrates being processed.
SITEK inserts are available in a variety of materials and can be outfitted with a Custom Handle.

The rotor is a key component of an SRD that physically spins the wafers or substrates during the rinse and dry cycles. Being the central part of the machine makes it especially important to have the Rotor for your substrates.

Custom SRD Inserts
What is a Custom Insert?
SITEK Rotor Inserts are adapters, allowing you to run multiple wafer sizes in a single SRD. This dramatically reduces the time needed to switch Wafer Sizes, which is especially interesting for small foundries.
If your Fab upgraded to 12″ Wafers, SITEK Rotor Inserts allow you to run any smaller Substrate Size in an 12″ / 300mm SRD.
