SITEK has refurbished and sold dozens of mask cleaners for over 25 years. Ultra T is one of the most popular brands and includes all of the features you need in mask cleaning: high pressure wash, N2 blow off, multiple spin speeds, surfactant dispense, brush scrub, and more.

Kulicke & Soffa
Kulicke & Soffa (K&S) Mask Cleaners are nearly identical to the Ultra T systems. Same process, same footprint, same configuration. In fact, SITEK has even found systems with both companies listed on the name plate! We specialize in these systems just like the Ultra T tools. Subsequent models run similar processes but have updated control systems.

Ultra Tech
Ultra Tech is one of the original brands to manufacture mask cleaners and wafer scrubbers. Their systems follow the same process as all mask cleaning systems: high pressure wash followed by an N2 blow off and rotating chuck dry. Optional brush scrubs and surfactant dispenses also available.
