What Is the N2 Purge Saver?
The N2 Purge Saver is an advanced feature built into the SITEK SlickDevice™ Controller, allowing users to precisely control when nitrogen is delivered to the Spin Rinse Dryer (SRD). Instead of running nitrogen continuously, this feature enables timed or condition-based delivery—eliminating waste while maintaining performance.
Steps to Enable N2 Purge Saver:
- Enter the Controller Menu
- On your SITEK SlickDevice™ Controller, tap the touchscreen and enter your secure password to access system settings.
- Open the N2 Saver Settings
- Navigate to the N2 Saver menu from the main dashboard.
- Activate the Purge Saver
- Toggle the Purge Saver switch to ON.
- Adjust Timing (Optional)
- Use the adjustable sliders to control how frequently the purge activates.
- Consult the SlickDevice™ Manual for recommended timing configurations tailored to your system’s needs.
