Wet Bench Naming Conventions
Different semiconductor manufacturers use different names for wet chemical equipment. Although the terminology varies, most of these terms refer to systems that manage acids, solvents, DI water and other processing solutions in a ventilated workspace.

The SlickDevice controller has a proprietary N2-saver option built-in. This option turns off the LPP when the SRD chamber is not processing wafers.
