The CKplas PF-C200-T Wafer Cassette/Carrier is designed for handling 200 mm (8″) semiconductor wafers in chemical processing applications. Constructed from PFA (Teflon), it offers excellent resistance to strong acids, hydrofluoric acid, strong bases, and temperatures up to 160°C, making it ideal for wet bench and fabrication processes. This cassette features a 13-slot design for processing thicker or thinned wafers.
