The SITEK N2 Purge Saver Valve is an advanced solution that reduces nitrogen consumption, saving end-users thousands of dollars annually. It replaces the standard N2 valve assembly and automatically shuts down non-essential nitrogen purges when the SRD controller is powered off. The valve maintains sufficient pressure to prevent DI water from entering the process chamber.

Unlike older controllers that require manual shut-off, the SITEK SlickDevice controller automatically manages nitrogen flow during idle mode.
