This ACR valve is designed for DI Water supply with N2 purge during the purge step of the Spin Rinse Dryer (SRD) process. It features 3/8″T x 3/8″T x 3/8″T Flaretek fittings for seamless DI side operations.

Application:
For DI Water supply with N2 purge in Semitool and Rhetech SRDs.
