This ACR valve is designed for N₂ Supply on SITEK, Semitool, and Rhetech Spin Rinse Dryers. It features 1/4″F × 1/4″F (female) fittings with a #10-32 UNF connection. The gray top block on the LPP side is removed and plugged for continuous purge applications.
