Headway Coaters
Headway Research spin coaters are powered by direct drive servo motors and include vacuum chucks for safe processing for a wide range of substrate sizes. Many systems process up to 300mm substrates. SITEK offers refurbished and warrantied Headway coaters for a variety of photolithography purposes. These systems are ideal for research and development or University labs.
