We’re always looking for talented, dependable individuals to join our crew. Current opportunities include:

  • Manufacturing Technicians
    Support the hands-on assembly, refurbishment, and QC testing of semiconductor processing tools. You’ll work with precision parts and gain exposure to pneumatics, electronics, and mechanical systems.
    Location: Rocklin, CA

  • Field Service Technicians
    Travel to customer sites to install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment, primarily Spin Rinse Dryers and Box Washers. 
    Location: Rocklin, CA & travel-based; must be comfortable flying domestically and occasionally internationally

  • Outside Sales Representatives
    Represent SITEK in the field, managing customer relationships and developing new accounts.
    Location: Assigned territories — not required to be based in California

Experience with semiconductor equipment is a plus, but not required. We’re happy to train motivated candidates.

Do I need experience with semiconductor equipment?

Not at all. While experience is helpful, we provide hands-on training for team members who are eager to learn.

We frequently hire manufacturing technicians, inside/outside sales reps, inventory and shipping coordinators, and field service technicians. We also welcome applications from candidates with experience in engineering, customer support, and equipment refurbishment.

No. Most work is performed in a well-ventilated, clean office or industrial space—not a full cleanroom. Some parts may require special handling procedures, but we’ll train you on everything.

It’s a precision cleaning tool used in semiconductor manufacturing to rinse and dry wafers after chemical processing. SITEK manufactures and refurbishes these tools for fabs and service providers around the world.

Most positions operate Monday–Friday during standard business hours. Overtime is rare but may be available.

Most roles are on-site at our Rocklin, CA facility. Outside Sales Reps can be based in other states and Service Technicians might be required to travel.

Chief Software Developer

Job Duties: Design, develop & integrate advanced technologies, manage cross-functional projects, and align engineering initiatives with business objectives. Lead engineering teams to deliver innovative technical solutions and drive strategic planning and process optimization to enhance organizational efficiency and competitiveness to implement business-enabling solutions. Lead the research and development of new product lines of equipment for Semiconductor Wafer FABs like Spin Rinse Dryers (SRD), Foup Box Washers, and Photomask Spin Cleaners. All the above duties will be performed using skills in embedded computing & project management, designing data center and leading the implementation of LAN.

Job Location: Rocklin, CA

Terms and Conditions: Rate of Pay is $204,880 Per Year.
