This resistivity probe is a direct replacement for the discontinued Foxboro 921-EA2-7 and is used to monitor DI Water purity on SITEK, Semitool, and Rhetech Spin Rinse Dryers. It features a 10-foot cable and is available in two versions depending on your controller type.
