These seal and bushing components, machined by SITEK Process Solutions, are designed for the pass-through of air knives in Entegris/Fluoroware HTC chambers. They replace the older Entegris/Fluoroware versions with toothed seals and bushings. Installation requires back access to secure the nut and quad O-rings, ensuring a tight and reliable assembly.
