Semitool D.I. Water Recirculation (WR-20B) option can be used on all Semitool Spin Rinser Dryer Models. This option provides a low flow of recirculation of DI water when the spray manifold is closed. DI supply is diverted back to the drain box by installing a run T fitting at existing DI valves. All fittings are Flaretech style. Flow is metered after valve for desired setting. The run T fitting and metering valve are included with the purchase of valve. Note that 2ea. are needed for "Double Stack" systems.
