Rotor, A192-81M, QD, 280 (Semitool SST special)

This rotor is designed to stop any possible NMP based material to get trapped in the Teflon retaining bars then splashed back on the wafers during the dry cycle. It has screw heads that tighten into the SS retaining bars that squeeze very tightly the end of the Teflon retaining tubes.

This rotor can be built for either 4 bolt or single bolt (Quick disconnect) rotors.
