Valve, N2 Purge Saver

* Sold as New
* 3/8F x 1/4NPT, 10-32, 10-32 thread
* The N2 Purge Saver replaces the standard N2 Valve Assembly with
  one configured to shut down certain purges when power is 
  removed from the SRD controller.

* Operation is automatic - once the controller is shut-off, the Purge
  Saver shuts down non-essential purges while maintaining N2   
  pressure to valves that keep DI water from entering the process
  chamber.

Note 1: As all purges are shutdown, the flow of N2 drops to zero.

Note 2: If this option is used with the New Sitek SlickDevice S1 or F2 controller. The customer does not need to turn the controller off to stop their N2. Our controller does it automatically while the tool is idle.
