Note: We also offer the IDI 450 pump. The IDI 450 pump can be replace a IDI 400. The 450 has the resist overflow sensor and you can see into the chamber to review resist levels. There is a small ground wiring change that needs to be done to allow this pump to retrofit into an existing IDI 400 setup.
