* This is a common Z scope with XY Measurement capabilities. * This system features extra long working distance , Bright
Field only, 5X,10X,20X and 50X objectives.
* Olympus Optical system with Fiber Optic light source.
* Trinocular head with 10X eyepieces.
* Stage resolutions is 1 micron in the X and Y direction.
* We can also supply a Z measurement configuration.
* The Z column , stage , encoders, DRO Box and Objectives
are all new.
* We can also supply Semi Auto Z columns and Semi Auto
Stages.
